Brought my friend from out of town for her first visit to the Blue Fin and she loved it. The food, staff , and attention to service was great. Their drink, the Blue Fin,is lovely.
Just had a fabulously healthy dinner . They offer a good selection of raw bar specially the oysters . There are many to choose from and everything is very fresh.
My go-to spot for pre-theater. You can almost always get a reservation , the sushi is always fresh, delicious and fast and the service is A+.
Softshell crab BLT is served with pretzel bread (a little grease can't break the sandwich ) and waffles fries are presented in a shape of crab . Really well done with a little playful mind
Halibut and Chilean Seabass are extremely tasty, chicken is on point and the octopus appetizer is delicious. Lava cake is very good.
Wait: a place in Times Square actually worth eating at AND it doesn't serve "Donkeysauce??" YES! Also: get the Hamachi Crudo - it's a more noble "Flavortown" destination.
Pancakes are great, really light and fluffy. Portion sizes are filling but not ridiculous. Plenty of healthier options available too, such as avocado & poached eggs on toast !
the Californication sushi is amazing and one of their specials were a Salmon burger which is to die for!!
Great bread , solid eggs Benedict . Not too crowded , interesting decor
The west side sushi roll is absolutely amazing. Get the wasabi cream cheese on the side and dip it in there. Also, the sesame crusted tuna is awesome with the lo mein noodles . Awesome atmosphere
Try the fish sandwich yum yum yum
I had the Californication Roll and pieces of salmon and they were very good. Get the porkbelly lettuce cups for an appetizer !
Great seafood , especially the oysters . Very nice modern interior , located very centrally a few steps from Time Square
Tuna ! First tried a tartare and was great and later a great Steak of tuna that was perfectly presented. Suggested!!!
For a restaurant in Times Square , you'd expect high prices and bad food. The prices are actually high, but the food is great! Try the spicy tuna , it's worth it.
The service was really great! Food was fabulous too. Get a dessert !
Good oysters and sushi . Nice spot to escape from the rush of Times Square.
Very good sushi . Good variety. Be sure and have reservations . Blue Fin now participates in the Landry's Select Club.
Despite the gorgeous, aquatically refreshing decor, I was skeptical of Blue Fin's non-sushi items at first. But, it's weeks later and my mouth is still watering at the thought of the lobster roll !
$1.50 Deep Cove Oysters ALL DAY today for National Oyster Day, and $5 Muscadet by the glass at dinner when you order a half dozen or more oysters ! We shuck, you savor...enjoy!
The corn lobster bisque was amazing, some of the best I have ever had.
Come by on St. Patrick's Day Saturday- feast on corned beef & cabbage specials, sip a cold beer , be entertained by Irish dancers and enter our “ Pot of Gold” raffle for prizes
A reservation is a must before attending a nearby Broadway show. Great food and service!
Great spot for pre-theater brunch . Includes a complimentary Bellini or mimosa . Get the Maine lobster eggs Benedict -- really delicious and a great value at $17. Despite the location, not too touristy .
It's great that they give you coffee or tea + a cocktail with all brunch meals. However, I wouldn't recommend getting the lobster shrimp roll ...the fish doesn't taste fresh & is just mashed together.
Breakfast for platinum member only include regular coffee and not espresso drinks , even though espresso and latte are listed under coffee on the menu.
Great breakfast . Defiantly ask about drink prices. A 2 oz pour of Bulliet rye cost me $15 but it's time square so what can you do. Scrambled eggs and bacon were Awsome.
Nice hang out in Times Square with tasty drink menu but with typically high Times Square prices.
Enjoy a Blue Fin, Yellowtail Roll and a bowl of Lobster Bisque in a relaxed atmosphere with a casual , sophisticated and mature crowd.
All the fish dishes are excellent. The Thai Hot Pot is amazing. Excellent sushi .
Great brunch ! Despite the location not too crowded with tourists . Also good value for money
Delicious food. I recommend the sea bass , brussel sprouts , and octopus .
Emery is very hot and personable. J.P. is a pretty cool dude. Go upstairs and and relax. The molten chocolate lava cake wasn't too molten, so try another dessert .
The food has really gone down a little over the past few years. However, the wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable . It's exactly what you would expect from such a high turnover restaurant .
Great brunch , especially the lobster popover . Very friendly and attentive service .
Ask your server about our Skuna Bay Salmon specials throughout October, for National Seafood Month, plus $1.50 oysters at the bar every night after 9:30.
Good location-very cozy-interesting cocktail menu-sushi and shrimp dumplings are great
Good food. Seafood is fresh...! Value for money .

Great food, location is great for watching times square from the bar !
Great breakfast this morning hosted by Bellmarc and Coldwell Banker, announcing Bellmarc as first Coldwell Banker franchisee in Manhattan, with huge implications for both. Woo hoo!
rainbow trout is delicious here, and it's really worth the money during restaurant week.
Help us fund clean water for children around the world! Donate to UNISEF’s TAP Project by giving $1 for tap water & $2 for bottled water during World Water Week - March 19-25th
The food is very affordable , great for quick lunch meets and drinks
Don't go on a day when they are having a private party. Only 1 bathroom open to satisfy the rest of the restaurant , sushi bar and bar . Ridiculous!!!
Since you're so close to the Winter Garden Theatre (50th & Broadway), catch a performance of MAMMA MIA, now 11 years on Broadway. For best availability, try a 2pm Saturday or Sunday matinee.
Excellent midtown option for morning breakfast meetings.
Both food and service were amazing! Get a fish entree...they are phenomenal.
Join us for Live Music 7 nights a week starting at 6pm and $1.50 select oysters after 9:30pm at the bar .
Get the tangerine shrimp . Worth the extra few bucks. Downside: Times Square.
Excellent Mexican restaurant .. everything is good here .. don't miss the salted caramel cheese cake at the end of the meal - Fahad
So chilled before the evening crowd arrives. The staff are very friendly. - Wayne Wu
awesome trendy restaurant to get quality seafood - can't go wrong with anything on the menu - Holly Fitzgibbon
$1 oysters, lobster roll sliders & fish tacos = perfect happy hour - Jess S
Wonderful place! Lots of oyster options, but great alternative choices, too. Enjoy! - Robin Taylor Roth

Delightful atmosphere and wine served in sippy cups. Great fun. - Fifi Ström
One of the best musicals I've seen. Very creative how they used the stage with PRISCILLA. It's very faithful to the movie. Would love to see it again, so much fun. - Angel Rafael
