Love the bagels here, especially Nova Lox , now the location is fully remodeled, nice and new design, feels great. Just avoid the rush hour around 8 - too many people.

If you have to anywhere quick pass this place by. Typing a bagel into the register is a chore and no sense of urgency when the line builds up.
The customers are full of themselves & entitled, unaware that they are not the only ones waiting. My tip? Be polite & the employees will be happy to help, otherwise you will rightly not be a priority

Had to wait 15 minute for my bagel ... Finally went up and asked where it was - seems that they forgot to make it!!! $11 for a cappuccino and a cold, late bagel ?? Fuck that.
