Personally I really struggle with this place. It's the only 'high end ' restaurant and hotel on the beach , quite honestly it's just not that good. Yes it looks great but the service is crappy everytime
Had a yummy brunch at Castile. Pork hash was very good as well as the Cuban French toast . Our server, Carmen, was a delight and very attentive.
Came for the rooftop opening. The hotel looks great inside.
