Entrance is free. The cafe has dedicated window seating or if you prefer you can find a window seat outside the cafe area .
無料展望台 が改装されて、西側（富士山 が見える）だけでなく、都心側（東京タワーなどが見える）も見れるようになりました！
キャロットタワー26F。2Fのエレベーター から無料で上がることができます。昼は晴れていれば富士山 が見えるほか、夜は東京の夜景 が一望 できます。
世田谷から西方面が一望 できます。無料で。南の方、横浜みなとみらい方面も有料カフェ エリアに行けば見えます。また、レストラン に入れば都心方面が一望 でき、東京タワーとスカイツリーを同時に楽しめます。味はふつうですが。
エレベーター が1基しか動いていないため、ピーク時は待つことがあります。
丹沢山系や富士山 など、西側の眺望は無料ロビーでOK。都心方面はレストラン にはいるひつようあり。
左手には二子玉川、右手は千歳船橋。そして多摩川花火 大会の穴場スポット。
世田谷一高いタワーです！
これといって目立つランドマーク は無いものの、住宅地に囲まれているので見晴らしはかなり良い。
眺めだけはいい。でも、騒がしい。
無料の展望ロビーは西向きなので、時間合わせれば日の入が見れます
