Good amount of cardio machines and well maintained weight room . Free weights are nothing special but hard to complain about the pool and basketball court . Great spinning instructors too!

One of the cheaper gyms in Brooklyn, but still a high quality place to work out. Great pool for swimming laps, plus tons of different group classes throughout the day.

Sign your kid up for Childwatch by phone, early morning, 48-hrs in advance of your workout. I wish they had a better system, but it's worth the trouble.

Super crowded every morning and evening, going at off hours is necessary. It's around 60 a month but worth it if you utilize the sauna/steamroom and the classes ! Alma and Keiko are best instructors .

For the price is it is a great unpretentious gym .

Great location with a diverse crowd . The Zumba class had me pumping on monday evenings.

Go at off hours to avoid the crowds. Also, the personal training fees are really cheap and well worth the money if you buy a pack.

Hot as hell when I walked in but a lot of activity, machines and interesting classes . Ex. Drumming/aerobic class .

Child watch room might be the best deal in town ..drop your wee one off w Annabel while you work out, $5/hr

My god, stop coming here straight after work, people! The gym closes at 11.

Best pool for the money if you don't mind it being a bit warm

Take Alma's classes . She's a beast!

Smells like chlorine and set up terribly. No room to work out on the mats unless you want to chill in a classroom with decaying equipment stacked everywhere.

Takes about half an hour to register. No wifi :( needs larger free weight area.
