Blu is my favorite Thai food experience in Des Moines! The flavors are fresh and you can customize your own spice level. The staff here are always warm and friendly . My go-to dish is the Pad Thai .

The first time I had Tom Yum soup was at this restaurant , was blown away by how great it was. Sushi has great presentation and taste as well .
Overall, very good food. The quality was not consistent for all of us and the service was not always great.
Great food and friendly service ... If going for lunch , plan for it to be a bit longer than normal. Service turn around during lunch is a bit slower.
Get the chicken larp. It's the best in Des Moines.
