Best sushi not on a coast. Foie gras nigiri and kobe nigiri will blow your mind. Have a Hitachino Espresso Stout or a Momo Pearl Unfiltered Sake to wash it down. Best overall restaurant in town .

Tradition dictates that it is rude to dip the rice in soy sauce . Honestly, the sushi here doesn't need it anyway. Skip the entrees, head for the sushi bar , and give your mouth an orgasm.

fire roll is quite delish and I enjoy the rich Miso soup . Sushi quality could be better for what you pay for. Rate 7/10. I wouldn't come back tho.

Sushi isn't as good as Red, but still tasty. The Jules Verne is amazing.
