So many things to do. For a historical junkie you have come to the right place. It also has a lot of amazing hiking trails with amazing views . Whichever one you choose you won't be disappointed.

C&O MILE 61- Historic, quaint town at the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers , reachable from the trail only by climbing spiral stairs up to the railroad bridge .

Homemade Ice cream@is delicious. The views are spectacular!

Stay for the day. Take a hike and see some history.

I like how you could take a bus to old town and I actually learned a lot about what happened we walked around all the places and each one told a story and put together a beautiful puzzle

Parking is very efficient, shuttle is fast and gets you close.

Don't try and park in Harper's Ferry . Use the state park and shuttle . Way less of a headache.

A true American treasure

Slow down and do the speed limit especially crossing the bridge from VA. Major speed trap and tickets are expensive

Take a dip in the water

Worst parking system ever. If out of state , Make sure you research before attempting to go into town .
