銘店らしいです。ちょい約束時間オーバーしつつ着席。清潔感 のあるお店、まずはビール 頂戴して、ひとつめ海老 天。旨。その後は玉蜀黍、獅子唐だかピーマン 、鱚、雲丹の大葉包み、鱧 、鮎だか山女魚 、生姜 。どれも旨。しか云えない。仕上げに海老 だらけのミニ丼 、デザート はソース の載ったキリリとした味わいのシャーベット でフィニッシュでした。ここで〇〇ったのかなー？

극강의 템푸라집은 아닌듯 하나 오마카세를 한번 접해본 제 경험으로는 가성비 나쁘지 않은 집입니다. 미슐랭 1스타이지만 가격은 상대적으로 좋은 편입니다.
