This one has gone soo downhill. Slow doesn't begin to cover it. 5-6 ppl working yet drivethru and front counter backed up for 10 mins. Left and went to Deltona store.
The employees were unaware of the 4Sq special here (free donut every 6th check-in) and the manager was reluctant to honor it but she did...."this time".
Going downhill fast with all the changes the last few weeks.... Very slowwww and coffee is consistently weak. Missing the old employees.... :(
