Very comfortable beds ! Bathroom not always that clean . Modern rooms and nice staff .
Been here 4 times food always good, staff friendly and helpful.
Very nice hotel restaurant . Try the ice cream dessert With ginger flavor.
Try not to laugh at the Polish girl on reception with the high pitched nasal voice, she can talk for ages without pause to breath lol
Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is (buffet ). The staff didnt rush to give you more tea or coffee . Once food ran out that was it.
This is probably the worst hotel around however it's convenient for galleria & the university cold, and no heart, breakfast is shocking - I am still waiting for my eggs 2 days later!

Some of the best starters I've had. If I'm ever around Hatfield, I do try and have dinner here. Chilli paneer is good. Also their tadka daal. Pretty much everything on the menu is well made - Bhavuk
