A whole struggle, management and customer service needs an entire overhaul. Not a good representation of the brand at all.
This was the first IHOP not to have flavored coffee creamer. I was shocked when I was informed of this at this location. Service was lukewarm at best, e.g. attitude and no coffee refills.
Very slow and unorganized staff . The food is good so just order your food with the drinks and you should be fine.
