My girlfriend and I woke up early one morning to watch the sun rise on my kayaks . I've never had a bad experience in 10+ years. Great place to kayak , fish , run, bike , explore trails , or picnic .
A fantastic spot for a run. A little over six miles around, nice mix of hills , beautiful scenery ... I love this place.
I finally bought myself a kayak over the summer and this was the first place I took it. If you're looking for peace , you can definitely start here. I also come by to ride my bike or walk my dog.
