What’s Melt? It is an outstanding Texas BBQ restaurant in Paris. The masterful meats are slowly smoked (up to 15 hours). When eaten, the meat truly falls right off the bone. Delicious!

Delicious, service at top speed, good prices and nice people, everything you need. We had ribs and brisket , both perfect. Only thing to mention is that the tables are REALY close to each other.

Wow! Best quality meat I had in a really long time. These guy's know what they are doing . American style BBQ ... delicious!

We had the brisket and spareribs , very very tasty but not so big portions . The side dishes were really good as well , also very friendly staff !

Order the speciality ribs ! Do it! You will not regret it. Melt in your mouth tender with tasty crust... I'm hungry again just thinking about it

Melt by name, meat melts by nature. Amazing smoked meats in a cool, cosy restaurant . Brisket is a favourite.

I'm just gonna repeat what everyone says here: get the brisket . Very good prices and friendly staff , but you're probably gonna wait in line .

The pulled pork is great, and is better value for money than another BBQ place not a million miles away on the other side of republique...

La viande est excellente. Le brisket , les ribs sont tres bons. Le pull pork un niveau en dessous. Les sides sont un peu chere et ne sont pas du tt a l hauteur de la viande . Le service est a optmiser.

Concept différent axé sur la viande , cuite pendant des heures: très bonne dans l'assiette . Une clientèle plutôt jeune et masculine. Un service très agréable. Ouvert il y a peu, réglages en cours

Le brisket (viande black angus ) est sacrément tendre et bon, la potatoe salade a plein saveur et les frites sont faites maison . Yummy !

Les viandes sont très très bonnes, les accompagnements aussi. Le service est sympa. Au déjeuner le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant.

Les briskets sont a tomber. Beaucoup moins cher que the beast pour une meilleure qualite, ambiance et service.

La viande y est exceptionnelle et délicieusement fondante. Attention pour les papilles fragiles, c'est épicé et vinaigré.

Viande seule ne pas prendre avec le fromage c'est ecoeurant. Mais la viande seule un delice qui fond dans bouche. Ce qui est désagréable c'est l'odeur quand tu sors du restau...tu es enfume#é
