Fillet of reindeer was amazing. That's forty euros but I never ate something so tasty before!I already take some bites when I took the picture so it's not representative of what you will get.

Creamy Salmon Soup is very good. Reindeer is amazing, one of the best meat I ever had. They have a nice selection of wines . Service is efficient and very friendly . Beautiful restaurant .

In this famous, traditional restaurant you can find the best grilled liver with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam ! Don't miss the snails cooked with garlic and spices! Highly recommended!

The oldest traditional Finnish cuisine restaurant in Helsinki and most definitely the best one. The portions are huge, the prices are reasonable. Onion steak a la Sea Horse is a must!

Tip for men: order big portion of soup (mushroom especially) you will get 4 times more than ordinary one in big big soup tureen. Here is amazing white fish ! Perfect local restaurant . Do not miss it!

Yeah well , its a classic joint. Interior, food, service was ok. Food was nice. Service fine. Maybe you pay a bit for the atmosphere in the price. Andy McCoy was drinking beer outside playing guitar.

Watch out: The doorman takes your jacket (w/o asking) and demands 2€ to give it back. He will also show you the wardrobe-service sign (in Finnish) and claim this is a "Finnish tradition".

Reasonable meal prices for Helsinki standards. Try the traditional Finish appetizer with the German sounding name Vorschmack . Nice terrace .

Food is simple but very, very tasty, price of vines on the other hand made me die inside.

The service was nice and friendly however when it comes to the food I never like leaving a poor review so I will leave it at that I will not be returning.

Starters are Ok, Vorschmack is ok. But generally over-priced, and over-praised

Last time we had grilled salmon and Wiener Schnitchel. He said the meat dish was best he had had, perfect, as if from 1970's, in a good way. My salmon dish melted in the mouth. Service is profesiional

Суп - просто сказка , замечательное обслуживание и огромные порции. Но не берите большую порцию супа - она на четверых и подаётся в супнице ;)

Ради лососёвого супа , оленины , тефтелек и судака стоит умереть! На десерт попробуйте традиционный финский сыр с морожкой и замороженных клюкву с карамель , не пожалеете. Всё это обошлось в сто евро)

Не туристическое место с великолепной местной кухней . Большое порции, ненавязчивое обслуживание. Стейк из оленины и сырный десерт на 5+!
