Port Aransas Beach

My favorite beach in Texas! Amazing how you can ride up to the water with your chairs, cooler. Great for kids and family. I just wish restaurants stopped giving kids styrofoam cups and straws.

Perfect place for a beach day trip! Try fresh seafood at one of the many restaurants located right on the water and the beach is only a two minute drive from the ferry landing.

Great beaches , good surf (sometimes:), and friendly locals! It has gotten a bit over developed in recent years, and the abundance of golf carts is ridiculous,but Port A is a favorite for my family.

Some of the cleanest beaches you will ever see.. Beach maintenance employees are amazing!! AND, FYI, no fireworks , it is a $500 fine and confiscation of fireworks !!

Great in the fall...not too crowded , except on Saturdays maybe. Clean , easy to get to since you can drive on the beach road .

Everything ... so happy to see some familiar places reopen after Hurricane Harvey... Port A strong!!!????

Clean , wide beaches , free showers , green water, dune gophers. Don't forget your dog's leash or your shade tent

The water is warm and luscious in the summertime. A wonderful, clean beach .

Well maintained beautiful Texas beach with the finest sand in the world!

Perfect place to enjoy a sunrise or sunset , both are stunning.

If you catch the dunes on fire with fireworks it is a $2500 fine, possible jail time and confiscation of fireworks !!

Wish they had someone cleaning rest rooms/shower rooms like they have someone cleaning the beach sand. Maybe we went on an off weekend.

Nice beach but use bathroom before getting there! Port a potties and one covered rest room area. Learn to hover. Showers were broken which sucked, had to drive back to hotel sandy.

OMG. If you know nothing but this, fine...otherwise, RUN! Water is brown, sand dirty , garbage every where. No recreational facilities, umbrellas, hotels expensive for what you get.
