I stay here every time I fly into LAX... Never an issue great staff and the bed linens are amazingly crisp and fresh. Yes, got the corner room ... Nice.
Spending my short vacay from this hotel was amazing. The place was so clean and organize . Especially my room, it was so clean and smells so good. The bathroom was so spacious , which I liked the most.

Apart from the fact my 30th reunion was here - I can't find much to say about this property. I get that it was under construction and work was being done, but there was ZERO service

Carpets and furnishings really worn past the point of needing replacement in my concierge level room ... food delivery by room service also delivered gastric disaster. There's nowhere to go but up!

Don't stay here. I reserved a king and was given two doubles. Then told that a reservation was simply a 'request' Since when?
This place needs a renovation. Badly.
