Great hotel . Near metro station ; walking distance. Friendly staff . Prompt service . Fixed an issue with my room bathroom with no time.

Sporting an amazing location, this hotel offers modern and well-decorated rooms, WiFi , the best TV system I've ever seen in a hotel and a great price. Breakfast could be better.

Nice hotel with good location. 15min walk to Rossio and Bairro Alto. Wi-Fi works in the lobby, but not in our room.

As it was told at the reception, it is normal,when u came in your room and there is no towels there, you have to call to reseption and ask about it! 2 days after cleang room we stay without towels!????

Wifi does not work in the room. Window don't close completely. TV does not work... the only 2 positive things are: clean and location. Staff at the entrance not so professional. Don't recommend.

Good quality/price relation. Wifi is a little slow, rooms are small and dark but luxurous and well equiped. Breakfast could be better...

Room was decent, but all else is bare bone. WIFI takes several attempts to log on & when finally accessed it's extremely slow. The TV has very limited stations. Only one for English guests - Bloomberg

4*, nice rooms, breakfast is yummy, wifi available in the room but usually it receives a lot of traffic. Great location.

Very nice hotel !!! But only 2 electrical outlets in the room - come on guys!) And both are far from bed. Charging the phone I need to stand from bed every time I'm getting an sms or call - ohhh..

Realmente um excelente hotel ! Peguei um quarto reformado, muito amplo, cama King size, banheiro espaçoso!! É a localização permite ir a pé a vários sítios na cidade - Chiado, Bairro Alto, etc

Muito bem localizado e quartos na medida, com uma decoração simpática e moderna.
