Restaurant is inside of the hotel . Its good food and pretty big portion sizes... Its a bit pricey but that's normal for Fairbanks.

Good mulligatawney and the cod in newberg sauce with scallops is always great!

A little disappointed to not see halibut or buffalo burger on the menu. The mulligatawny soup was excellent.
