Visit Ann's homemade pastry stall . The friendly aunty makes a limited supply. Her pastry is crumbly is delicious. My favourite is her tuna tart .

The "pork mow soup " stall has good noodles , have some dry mee+meehoon and some delicious soup (taufoo, fuchuk, tomatoes , bittergourd and mince )

Loh mee is a must try. Been a loyal patron since items retailing at rm3.80 per bowl. It's now rm6.50, inflation over almost a decade. Anyway, still come back a the great taste!

The fried tung fun is highly recommended. Comes with lots of 'liao' such as bitter gourd and taugeh. Can also taste the wok hei.

The Loh mee is well known. Quite rare in KL so it's worth a try

The teh bing is out of this world! Also love the lor mee and pork ball noodle ..

Cham hot / ice are both worth to order, neither coffee or tea over shadow the other

Customer here love to sit outside Caring Pharmacy , if u happen to sit there alone, some aunties will ask to dombang table or put something on empty chair

Hoi Nam is not too bad. Not freshly made though. Had the wanton noodle , not too bad as well .

Ever since Loh Mee changed boss, pork and prawn portion is only half compare to previous. Not worth to eat. I wouldn't order again, will go to the original boss stall
