Don't take the bagel to go very far, otherwise it gets all soggy. It's a really tasty steamed bagel if you don't leave it in the tin foil.

If you're from NY, you'll be shocked when your breakfast sandwich uses a pre-made egg patty. The sandwiches take very long to cook (steam). I only go out of necessity.
