Great place for an old school drug store lunch .
Knoxville's finest breakfast or lunch . It doesn't get any more local than this gem.
There isn't a big seating area so you may have to stand and wait on a seat to open up at peak times. Worth the wait though.
If you need to pay with a card, use the register at the pharmacy . The lunch counter register is cash only .
