This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! I travel a lot for business and the staff here is excellent. They gave me several helpful tips on places to visit and eat...always with a smile!
Our room was actually not cleaned so we got free upgrade room. Second time out of 3 same chain link hotel .
I think robert G is the G.M. and I think Annie s is the sales manager seems odd they would be writing as a customer
