She went in to get groomed . I think the manager needs an attitude adjustment and they need to go back to grooming school. This is a pissed off customer.

Her bangs gives me an attitude. We get told you told me to cut the bangs I said trim they don't know the difference. I've gone to other Petsmart groomers this is the worse. Dog looked better before ~

Pets don't go outside if you use the hotel . They will tell you otherwise but if you look around, no grass area .
