Good to go out on the weekends. The atmosphere here changes every time i come, sometimes everyone is just hanging out and sometimes everyone is dancing like crazy. Never know what to expect.

Standard West Village bar with good drinks and plenty of space to mingle and chat... pretty empty on a random Friday tho - lots of foreign kids and plenty of NYU students too!!#

Michael the waiter is outstanding. The chicken pot pie was one of the best I have ever had anywhere.... others had grilled chicken and nachos ... all good. Their Black and Tan Beer was top notch.....

Great meet-up spot for a very causal drink or beer . Sit outside and people watch as the drinks go down.

The bar is slanted, the waitress SUCKED, TLC is on rotation along with Twisted Sister, and the bar is full of hurtin lonely souls..only come if you're trying to channel your middle school self.

Friendly neighborhood dive, good amount of outdoor seating . Make sure to get the JD dipping sauce for the chicken fingers .

You can always get a seat outside in the sun and enjoy an ice cold cider and a burger with your dog by your side.

Great place. Fish and chips is good. Also the buffalo chicken wrap . Guinness too.

Love the food here and the beers are great. On a nice day sit outside. It's a great way to enjoy a beer and people watch

I like that the bar seemed to be sagging into the foundation of the building. Makes the drinks taste better.

I had to order 3 different drinks before they had the ingredients to make what I wanted. All of my choices were on the specials menu.....

Had a table to ourselves, happy hour , great beer selections . Only strange occurrence -and not necessarily bad - was the place was all 34 year olds. They were chill tho

This place is huge. It would be good on a busy night, not much going on during the happy hour time. Good beer selection too.

Great happy hour spot . If you're going on a Friday or Saturday, make sure you show up before midnight, when it gets PACKED.

Sort of like a hazy Fireball-fueled high school reunion. I mean that in only the most complimentary way possible.

The location is great. Especially the sidewalk seating on a sunny day in the village . But the beer selection is generic. It's a pretty good bar . Not great.

liver rounds were always great with the fellows after 6pm grand rounds when svcmc was still up and running. Always a great time had by allll!

Bring your dog for the complimentary dog menu. Either chicken and rice , beef and rice , or science diet sensitive stomach!

Too crowded to move by the end of the night, but surprisingly speedy service from the bartenders . Very lively !

Get the John Esty salad . It's great, and was named after a regular who lives upstairs.

Cheap dive, don't go on a wkend if you're under 25, but totally fine for a happy hour catch up with friends.

1 out of 10 times I've had terrible service. Otherwise it's great. The $12 full Irish breakfast at brunch is great - especially with a screwdriver !

Brunch menu limited & below average quality! Had the omelette w/ cheese and tomatoes ! Very bland and salad was soggy & pathetic. Had to wait for 1/2 hour for our food to come. The staff are sweet!

If you're hungry for Mac and Cheese , the appetizer portion is enough for a huge entree
