Very good shop and easy to get the attention of those geniuses at the Genius Bar , but kind of hard to keep them after you catch them.

From their new cashier girl, Apple's fapiao system does not support alphabetic latin characters for companies names. A first in China mainland.
The customer service is amazing here! Much better than an Apple Store in my home country of USA.
Don't bother to come here if your iPhone cannot be open. They will advise you to a authorized repair store 4km away even though you have purchased Apple Care+. It's policy but still hehehheheheh.
