Jardin des Plantes

Lovely garden with an amazing tropical green house (you have to pay to go in but the main garden is free.) It is surrounded by other museums , the gem and mineral museum was a personal favorite.

Even cloudy it's a nice park . Really similar to Ciutadella park at Barcelona. A lot of museums around and at one of the corners you got la mosquee de Paris.

A wonderful place that has at least 3 museums , 1 zoo , and several botanic gardens . Between the Grand Mosque of Paris and the river Seine, and a stone's throw to Cité de la Mode et du Design.

A really nice and beautiful garden . It's really cool to stay under the trees and enjoy yourselfs. Spend some time in the two museums in the garden .

I was surprised to discover this is an animal park attached to the university . The enclosures are old and a little sad but the grounds are stunning. Find the lookout.

Walk in the park , pass by the building where Pierre and Marie Curie worked, visit the Menagerie (one of the oldest zoo in the world), enter the National Museum of Natural History and its greenhouses

It's not a great place for visiting, all the museums are paid separately and they don't have so many attractive things to be seen. But, if you love nature, plants, flowers and fields go ahead!

If you're into botany or artfully designed parks . Come for a visit and a picnic

If you want to see pretty things, cross it from Austerlitz to Jussieu. My favorite season is when the mimosas are flowering , they are huge.

This cedar is 281+ years old, it was was planted in Jardin des Plantes in 1734. This is mind-blowing, check it out!

The must-visit for a family! Botanical gardens , zoo , greenhouse , labyrinth...you can never say this place is boring, or there is nothing to do here.
