Woodman 's has better prices and overall better variety , but Hy-vee has a much more superb value gourmet cheese selection and they have an olive bar ! Feta olives are very recommended.

If you love a store that carries stuff other stores don't this is the place! The deli is amazing , organic section is really nice and the even carry cream top organic milk !

They have a Chinese and Italian a la carte area with a sit down area like a regular restaurant with servers getting you drinks and everything! Very cool for a grocery store .

Specials offer great value for fresh, tasty food. Mon all-you can eat Spaghetti,Tue Asian Buffet , Wed Buffet , Thur Taco Buffet , Fri Fish Fry , Sat Breakfast Buffet . Nothing authentic... but tasty

I do enjoy Hy-Vee, especially being open 24 hours , but I notice many items much more than Woodman 's. K-Cup Apple Cider for $8.99 vs $6.99. When they have a sale, items can be really really cheap !

They have a great selection of items and a small food court . I hope the places back home bring back their food courts .

This was Hy-Vee's first LEED certified building from the ground up. Well done!

Tons of Craft beer to choose from, lots of local brands too

A very expansive gluten free selection , but more expensive than Woodmans . However, they carry GF items that Woodmans doesn't carry. Plus, they make GF pizzas fresh daily for around $9.99.

The marinated parmesan pesto chicken breasts sold in the butcher counter are delicious!

I love that they offer free breakfast to veterans on Veterans Day.

Eat Lunch here! Huge spread from Pizza , Chinese to good Sushi , sandwiches , Hot Deli , you name it. Like the food court , only better.

The bulk food section is amazing. It has a wide selection of dry foods at very reasonable prices.

One of my favorite places to shop. Clean , very friendly and helpful staff but as of late the chinese department seems to stop making food around 7pm, but they're open until 9pm? Hmmm. Disappointed.
