Try to dine pizza hut at wangsa maju, the best service ever, great hospitality from service crew, i give 10/10 :) and here 0/10 :(

The staff by the name Ariff handled a complaint better than the outlet manager

The service staff needs to be revamped. Food is late and the staff dont even bother apologising. Excuse is that they burnt our pizza ! WTNonsense

Sitting and waiting for orders... I guess it is the same for Pizza Hut everywhere coz I encounter the same level of service at Mid Valley.

Super slow. Whn I come in no one welcome. Lotsa table unclear yet. After the waiter clean my table, she clean other table first b4 handover the menu 

The service are very BAD! After 5 min waited we are still idle. Finally we left the so call pizza slow service. Don't ever eat..

Shopping after exams

Yes.. I really disappointed for this sucks of service!! I stand in restaurant n asking seat but no one serve me! What the hell! Chinese not malaysians! All staff n manager very lazy n bad! Close shop!

Service terribly sux! For 10mins standing there waiting to make my take-away order, but no staff to attend to at d counter!! Other waiters saw us but none bother to go look for the counter staff !

Pizza hut nice... But staff there is suck!!

Horribly slow and inefficient. Even the Manager didn't know what he was doing. Paying with a gift voucher for a personal pan pizza takeaway took more than 10mins. Avoid like the plague
