Yes, there is usually a long wait , but if you are a regular, they will be friendly and remember you. I've been going there since they first opened and they treat me well . The food is delicious.

Maybe if you had some decent music on, people would wanna sit for awhile! Other than that I love the coffee !

Coffee is delicious , good bagels , but NO music ! That just annoys me if I wanna chill for a bit.

Don't go in the morning unless you feel like spending an hour watching the staff talk on their cell phone while you wait for somewhat decent food

Try the cinnamon raisin bagel with walnut cc - its divine.
