茹上後1㎏を想定して700gを頼んだ。加水率が低い麺 が曲者だ。茹上後かなりの水分を吸収している。さらにスープ もよく吸収する。スープ が足りないので、お代わりする。2杯目スープ も全部なくなる。2杯目のスープ の中にもチャーシュー やメンマ がゴロゴロある。麺 の重量(茹上後はたぶん1.5倍以上)+スープ 2杯分の重量+チャーシュー などの具材の重量で1.5㎏ぐらいがあったのではないだろうか。
10年以上前に出来た時には話題になったけど今食って見るとクラシック感が先行して新鮮さがなくなってるな。
高田馬場で一番美味しいつけ麺 が食べれます。濃厚つけ麺 がオススメです。
