Never an issue. Items are always good. Service excellent.

This is one of, not the best one, but one of the nicest Starbucks I've visited. To those Lee haters I ask you to show the love of God they lack.

Despite what a previous tip said, ALL Cleveland Starbucks locations are open to locals (not just "annoying lee kids "). However, this one is the most spacious and welcoming on the inside. ;-)

Never gotten a good latte @ this store. Their staff should train @ the Villlage store first, then move to that store.

The atmosphere is excellent
