Still a great little pub . New management, new look. Food great and place always busy which is telling. Used to have quirkier vibes - new decor looks a bit B&M. Nice seats outside , frond and back

Beef burger and chunky chips were really good! Friendly staff except for the fact that they pick up our plates before asking if we had finished with some chips left :(

Nice food but dont come unless you have hours to spare - we waited ages for soup , yet more for mains and yet about 15 min for the bill.........

Small food portions for the price. The place is nice but tries too hard with the fake fireplace , too many islay wall pictures etc

Can recommend the battered haddock and chips :o)

The chip shop next door is perfect after a night in the Ship.
