I love this place. I can get a great workout in and any guest is bring doesn't get hassled into buying a membership.
Try to go before 7 pm or after 8 pm if you want to avoid the crowd.
Now open 24hrs M-S no more closing early on Fri-Sat&Sun. I love it!
Free wifi ! Ask for the password at the front desk.
Great for cardio , plenty of machine weights, once you memorize your number you never have to show your card again.
Monday evenings are so crowded .
