If you like sweets this is the place to be. Plenty of candy options for kids of all ages. The full bar focuses on sugary drinks and has no beer on tap . You can get a beer in a can or bottle, however.
The Sugar Factory's over the top offerings include "frozen" hot chocolates and traditional drinks. There's a variety of offerings, including red velvet and s'mores . Read more
The drinks are pretty great if you like sweet stuff. The goblets have a ton of ice, but you get around a beer pint amount of actual drink. Carrot cake waffle was ok--could use some improvement.
Eating here is a little on the pricey side but the desserts are worth the money. I don't usually like carrot cake but I loved the one they serve here!
Really enjoyed the red velvet pancakes served for brunch . Looking forward to going back for the carrot cake waffles .
Very trendy place but limited food/drink menu. Crowded and long waits for a booth so I had to sit at a high top table that wasn't big enough for two plates. Waiter was very pleasant.
If you come with a larger group, then go for the King-Kong Sundae !
I had everything coconut very good diet ice cream yogurt
The huge 60 ounce drink for 2 ppl is actually a goblet full of 52 ounces of ice & an 8 ounce cocktail . I felt bamboozled! Overrated MUCH!
The Sugar Factory's World-Famous King Kong Sundae is a monster of a deal...
Always crowded !! Service is super slow!! Nevertheless, their Barbie milkshake is sooo good, especially after waiting 15min
Also good for a standard issue brunch .
Try the Salmon ! It's delicious!!
Should be called “Salt Factory ”
Not got 2 eat. The front cust serv was awful. We had reserve @5 we weren't seated til 5:30 which we were given a table for 5 comfortably but there were 7 of us. We asked to be moved was left, walk out
Friendly , fun, fast service . Food was ok.
it is definitely worth it
This drink is fye
Drinks are good. Just stay away from the food....
Poor service. Staff at the register tells you to order ice cream at the fountain , staff at the fountain tells you to order at the register.
Milkshakes
Banana Split !!!
Nice place, but there's too much Kardashian related stuff there. Yuck.
These huge ass drinks are expensive . But had to see what all the hype was about
Good for drinks. Don't come for the food unless you want an unreasonably high bill and food poisoning. Slow service and very loud
Way overpriced, especially the drinks, and the food is mediocre at best.
Terrible service.
Las bebidas son ricas pero fuertes 🤪
This location of TGI Fridays is amazing. Waiters are super nice, atmosphere is amazing. Love their jack Daniels chicken, make sure to get a dessert, such as whiskey cake w ice cream - so freaking good - V
Awesome. Western BBQ burger and parmesan fries were fantastic. And a huge shake. Smores or mint cookies and cream is good. - Dustin Rowley
Best steak ever! Even the vegetables are excellent! Worth the trip!! - Melissa Hays
The negative items discouraged me but decided to try it anyway. The service was excellent and the food very good. This is a new place and it appears the problems have been corrected. Enchiladas yummy! - Steve Land
Free parking which is fabulous! It's bright, clean and not overly crowded. Sales people very friendly and helpful. - Tram Nguyen
Fantastic beer and the burgers were awesome. Ask for Serrano and beer cheese sauce to dip your fries in! - huskyboi
