Pretty upset. We ordered laminate and had them set it aside for us to pick up the next day. When we came to pick it up the laminate had been put back in stock. Took almost an hour to get it back up.
Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Go to Best Buy to get your appliances . Do yourself a favor. They will screw up your order. I ordered in September, it's November still no dryer.

I’m was a loyal DIY customer spending $$$$ there each year. Today they wouldn’t return ANYTHING without a paper receipt, not even MyLowe’s. I’m no longer a Lowe’s customer.
