It's the BEST BK I've been anywhere in the world! Great environment, food ok...an oasis after long trip to China . No many BK out of city , could be your last BK burger before you get back to airport !

This is good BK, but staff education is too bad. There is no English speaker and there is no smile. It is Chinese std.... But, it is international airport , staff education must be global not china .

It's always a stop for us whenever we go to Pudong. They have free wifi too.

This location in the food court offers a spicy Whopper Jr. Burger - the sauce is spicy otherwise same as normal.

Don't bother with food in the airline lounges (especially lounge 77).... Come straight to BK instead.

Expensive, bad service. Not even a whopper available in the night and i waited 10mins to order with no other customers.
