This new restaurant concept totally sucks, you get customers seated at a corner then you just leave them there? If I was meant to go order at the counter then not point of doing this new concept.

They called my name and gave my drink to the other person. T.T she stole my identity! P.s my name was key-ed in at the bottom of the receipt. ????

Super slowwwwww! Need to queue to order and at anytime u will see 3-4 people waiting for their drinks. Either the baristas are too slow or lack of manpower.

Barista with absolute 0 craft in making coffee . Worst cappucino I had. Not to mention her horrible attitude that literally chuck my coffee to me. The breakfast is terrorizing&it's just reheated food.
