Huge integrated community hub with spacious carpark . Pleasant and reasonable-priced place to hang out in-between work appointments in the Tampines / Pasir Ris vicinity on weekdays and late nights .

There's also a neighbourhood aircon mall here known as Festive Mall with spacious walkway and has mass market priced eateries and 24hrs Fairprice supermaket, & some 24hrs aircon eateries at level 1

Activities for the whole community here. Nice and spacious building with heaps of eating places. Great ventilation coz of the huge ceiling fans.

While exploring the upper floors of Our Tampines Hub, there's a glass viewing gallery looking at a section of the aircon auditorium being converted to so many badminton courts & table-tennis section.

Come here thinking of checking out the 24hrs non-aircon hawker centre that can use Kopitiam stored value card, then realise there's also aircon eateries and some of which are opened 24hrs too.

While walking across Festive Plaza towards hawker centre, I must commend the sound system is pretty good for action-packed superhero movie shown at the high-ceiling open space Festive Plaza .

I love eating at Indian cuisine and JustGreens Vegetarian - both value for money and good wholesome food . I also enjoy the KopiC at Ah Khoo - plus their butter toast is "Ah mazing" :)

There's FREE movie / performance daily around 7pm / 8pm at Festive Plaza with relaxing seats.

There's a cake stall at the hawker centre here that opens 24 hours selling slices of modern cakes and muffin , good for those midnight birthday celebration ????????

Come to the Kopitiam-operated 24hrs hawker centre here for late night dinner after work appointment nearby. Just realised many food stalls selling at least 1 dish at S$2.80 only.

There’s a children’s playground in Basement 1 of the mall at the Festive Atrium. Lift lobby A gets you right here.

If you love your local cup of tea or coffee - I highly recommend Ah Khoo ! Their Butter Toast is awesome ????????

Renovation is badly done. Watch out for falling debris in open areas and uneven surface @B1.
