Great place to get fit and avoid meat heads. All the equipment you need and more for $10/month. Again...no meat heads in sight! Get some!!!

These younger kids need to realize that this isnt home. Mom won't pick up after you. Put weights away &if someone asks if you're done with a machine-find them and let them know when you are done.

Please , please, please....DON'T WEAR BLUE EANS OF ANY KIND AND PUT YOUR EQUIPMENT BACK. whatever you use, weights , bench , anything. Put it back. It's by right or fair for the next person to use it

Get asked if I want to add classes every time I come in. Im already paying for a trainer ! majority of the classes happen while im at work..no thanks. Tired of the sales push every time I walk in.

Dropping the weights and slamming them down does not make you look cool or strong. It makes you look like you can't handle the weight . That and you could break something or hurt someone

PLEASE READ THE SIGNS POSTED. they're there for a reason. Don't put weights on the benches , put your weights away when you're done-others may need them and shouldn't have to go searching for them.

Don't wear any blue jeans , blue jean shorts , khaki shorts or any other hard material as pants or shorts cause you will tear the cushions!

Put the headphones on, crank up the juice on the volume & get a solid workout in.

Crappy gym!Manager (Elmer) is unprofessional and is just interested in chasing girls around the gym.After multiple complaints, nothing was done.He must be bending over for the right person!
