Delicious clear broth ! Tender meat with udon noodles .
If you want your meat to be a little more chewy, I would suggest the qin dun version.. and if you want it to be a little more flaky, then the hong shao version is recommend..
My most favourite beef noodle in Taipei. Love the clean one than braised. Expected long queue
Over rated! Beef was tender, broth was ok! But a big NO NO to the noodles !!!! So “floury” it’s not springy at all. Sorry but it’s quite average and had better BNS in Taipei(not worth the trip here)

Over 60+ years, amazing Beef Noodles !
Disappointing. The soup used to be clear and favorable, but now, it is hazy and plain. Noodle is now woodong noodle . Not matching with beef noodle soup .
