동네극장 느낌. VIP라운지(X), 와이파이(O). 원래 있던 극장을 롯데가 인수한 듯. 시설이 낙후하다. 12층(4~7관)으로 올라가는 방법은 비상계단 or 엘리베이터. 가장 큰 1관(480석)의 스크린이 B열에서 봐도 될 정도로 작다. 각 층에 오락실 (?), 뽑기 있다. 최신게임은 아님. 작은 카페테리아 있다. 인기영화도 당일에 좌석이 널널한게 장점.
영화관람시 주차 3시간 무료라고함. 1층 정문앞 발렛을 이용하면 2시간에 3천원, 시간 초과시 30분당 1천원씩 추가됨.
바우하우스에서 쇼핑도하고 푸드코트에서 맛있는 먹거리도 즐길 수 있습니다!
