One of the best markets in Budapest . Very busy at weekends in the mornings, plenty of aggressive pensioners. Quality of produce is worth the crush.

In the middle section you'll find stands that have fresh herbs : horseradish leaves, lemon balm, tarragon , mint sage , coriander , and so on. The best lángos is around the middle section as well .

Fresh local food - dairies you must try tvaroh or kefir, fresh local fruits and vegetables , everyone very friendly . Wide range of meat - klobasas and pastries - strudels ! ????

Come early at Saturday around 8. The best time, people's are not in hurry yet. Have a talk with local farmers . You can buy world class seasonal vegetables and fruits from farmers!

Everyone is talking about Central Market (Vásárcsarnok) but you should really try this authentic market with dozens of shops including traditional Hungarian products and variety of exotic stuff.

Best market in the city . Everything you need including lunch spots upstairs and a post office to pay your bills.

Fresh, housefarm veggies , fruits and meats (and all the other stuffs what you can buy in a market ). Huge selection, good prices, but pay attention to your wallets, there are always pickpockets!!!!

Best place for fresh fish and dairy products in Újlipótváros. Large selection of home grown vegetables and fruits , parking is awailable on the roof.

Post Office and excellent coffee shop on the gallery ! Lángos at the entrance is a bit overfried, eat it with some pickled veggies from the marketplace !

Super authentic and great value - if you are looking for a proper Hungarian market to visit, without the tourists , check out the Lehel markets .

Lots of people, lots of fresh meat , vegetables and all kind of culinary goods. Don't miss fresh fries and Lángos at south entrance!
