Cleaner and nicer than the Utica Hyatt. Hyatts have the best breakfast .
Great customer service. Overall good value . Our only issue were the other guests - dance competition in town so tonnes of kids.
Great deal on Hotwire. $80 for the night in a large room with a king bed.
Slept a family of 5 fairly well . Queens would have been nice. Staff is exceptional!
The kitchen IS open 24 hours ...pretty yummy stuff and very reasonable prices....
They offer free breakfast , but if you want hot foods like eggs , you have to pay. Also, a very short drive from The Palace .
Not overly impressed. Staff very good, but Menu (both food and drink) limited. Room ok, but not good (no storage for clothes that don't hang up). Good for an overnight stay, but not for longer!

The meat loaf is awesome and filled with various spices and flavors. But nothing beats the pan seared tilapia with a malbec wine. Service was wonderful. Music ranges from awesome to annoying. - Kyle Kennedy
