Not too crowded . Downstairs is a nice small hidden area to get away from everyone. Very clean . Great motivation on the walls & good stretches and short warm up workout on the wall.

Great gym ! I just joined yesterday and started going this morning. Nobody stares at you like all other gyms very clean and the staff is very friendly . I do recommend going to this gym ...

Early morning or two hours before close will guarantee you won't wait for equipment but if you can get here on a Friday you can walk around like you own the place.

It's a great atmosphere. Never crowded no matter what time of day you go, very spacious , clean , and the colors make you feel relaxed

About 90%+ of gym members put away equipment after using them. Not many playing on the cell. 5-6 AM is empty. Bring towels. Most don't sweat since not pushing too hard or even shower after????????????????????

Never crowded and a great option of machines.
