Hyatt Regency Indianapolis

This is a very good hotel I have stayed at many times and always had a great experience. The staff is always very polite although they seem to always be training new people. Great view of the Capitol.

Perfect location for any convention center events . Malls , restaurants without having to step a foot outside. Hotel is great, super accommodating for cheerleaders! Let's go MDTwisters!

The rooms are beautiful. This is one of the nicest hyatt's I've been too and I'm Hyatt loyal. Staff were very accommodating!

Great hotel . Small but well equipped gym . Small swimming pool . Quiet and clean .

Fantastic for conferences and group meetings .

They open everything up to gencon visitors and set tons of tables up for gaming.

The updates are lovely. I truly enjoyed all the amazing glass integration! Enjoy.

The espresso machine almost negates the need for a starbucks in the lobby...and it's open until 9!

A drill on the other side of the wall at 8 AM. And not "that" kind. Major construction all through end of 2011, beginning of 2012. Stay at own risk.

Eagles nest on top floor is a must see.

Remodeling is done and the place is beautiful. Great service and the elevators are quick.

Free Wifi with the Indianapolis State public Wifi at lobby level, floor 2 & 3. Beats paying $9.95 per day in room with the Hyatt Wifi .

Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The one in the room sucks all the moisture out of your hair!!

I have to say-I did not like the revolving Eagle 's Nest--it made me feel sick--couldn't see eating there!

Ask about the Regency Club upgrade when checking in!

Make sure you use deadbolt and latch, someone else attempted to get into my room last night. Card worked, latch stopped them.

Wifi is expensive and only free in the lobby!

The drinks

Nothing , poorest staffed hotel I've been to in 2 years. Plus, didn't get room type correct and club was poor. Don't waste your money.

Watch out - they overbook and don't offer comps besides a room way out of your way at a lesser hotel for your inconvenience.

We got scammed by the valet guy. The managers were combative, rude and absolutely awful when we explained our situation. Terrible customer service.
