Just moved nearby, and I passed by it and thought " Looks kinda Hole-In-Wallish, so the food ought to be good"... Man was that an understatement and the decor was perfect, or should I say authentic .
I live for the Mariscoco coconut shrimp , octopus and scallop cocktail with a side of fresh coconut water ! Love the green Aqua Chile Shrimp . You want the fresh Pina Colada and Special Michalada too!
Trio Caribe as an app, Parrillada (crazy combo fajitas ) as entree and Mero Mero (Mezcal Marg ) are my go-to’s that never disappoint ????
If you are sitting at the bar , eating the great seafood , you truly feel like your at the beach ... Minus the sound of the waves;-))*
Get the coconut thingy. Big on taste, unlike their ceiling fans. Those guys are tiny.
The camarón en agua chile at Palapas is a party in a bowl -- no dish in Dallas is quite as festive .
Best Brisket Tacos !! Took a while to come out, but they were amazing!!
Anything with shrimp is amazing
Love it! Going back for the third time for oysters !
The bartender Giovanni is a badass!!!
Happy hour 4~7
Good ceviche . Terrible service.
Camarones aguachiles súper recomendado???? y las miches perrisimas????
Unos buenos mariscos yummy!!!!
The ambiance is excellent and so is the service. The place was very busy on a Friday night. The live sea animals add a unique taste to the restaurant. I ordered Greek Bream fish and it was delicious. - Ramzi L.
Casual oyster bar with excellent fried fish options. Perfect for a hot day with a cold beer. They also have an oyster happy hour weekdays from 3:30-6:30. In the spring, try the crawfish! - MacKenzie McCarver
We had the sausage, shrimp and king crab combo, Louisiana style. Great. . - Tim Marshall
