The "Finnish Sports Mecca" has a motivating atmosphere for training and people practice a variety of sports . A lot of strong lifters. No mirrors here.

No airconditioner. So in summer the upstairs booths are like saunas ... And in winter if youre not moving enough it can be freezing cold.

If you have not seen any ballroom dance competitions, this place has world-class compos about once a year. Highly recommended!
