They were kind of skimpy with their ice cream . The person helping me didn't give me all the ice cream and moved it to the side like they do when "cleaning " off the mixing area, wasting cream.

Awesome ice cream I highly suggest you a cotton candy

Seriously lacking in customer service. It should NOT take several minutes 2 get greeted when I am the only customer & there are 2 employees standing behind the counter having a personal conversation.

It's nice that cold stone has a lot of options but the actual ice cream is so low quality it's not worth it. This is the last time I get fooled.

Has the worst management, super unsanitary, and the higest prices in the east bay

As you're about to pay they ask if its "for here or to go" if you eat inside Cold Stone they charge you additional tax/fee

Doesn't accept entertainment coupons.
