I swear to god, order the biscuits . You will not be disappointed. I had doubts but believe the hype- they are heaven. Fried chicken and grits are also phenomenal.

Biscuits are fab. We had carnivore grits , yum. 12 oz ribeye oh yes. Charred broccoli relish . First timer, will be back. Service friendly , and competent, what a concept!

Food was out of this world. Beautiful. Tasteful. Waitress Andrea was really into the food, kitchen, beer etc. Good service . The local wine was good, go Texas!

Everything is good here. All the different grits are a must try. Smoked duck breast was delicious.

Fried chicken was amazing. Biscuits were fantastic, but make sure to ask for some preserves to spread on them.

Chef Robert will use a dazzling array of techniques in service of a simple chicharrón . The work pays off. Fixe's crispy beef tendon manages to be both featherweight and beefy, playful and refined.

Servers were cleaning up the tables, and another came and thoroughly inspected. I said you take that pretty seriously here, and she replied "yeah, we take everything very seriously here."

Yes, the biscuits ARE wonderful,...but $9.00 for three biscuits ? Really? The shrimp and grits were great too, but small, maybe a quarter cup grits , and 5 shrimp .

Everything is great here. Love the steaks , the pork is amazing. Don’t miss the picked peppers .

The biscuits melt in your mouth, and fried chicken is easily the best I have ever had.
